    Jared Bramhall is a co-founder of the Bramhall Team and a licensed real estate agent since 2015. Before we even wrote the offer, I did three things most agents skip: First, I ran a detailed comparative market analysis so my clients understood the true value of the home, not just the list price, but what it was actually worth in today’s competitive Boston real estate market. Second, I had a real conversation with the listing agent.
