A lifelong connection to real estate and a modern, data-driven mindset shape Caroline Bramhall’s approach to advising buyers and sellers across Greater Boston. With 14 years in the industry, she co-leads The Bramhall Team with her husband, Jared, combining deep local knowledge with strategic planning and high-touch service to guide clients through complex decisions. Bramhall specializes in Boston, the North Shore and MetroWest, working closely with families relocating from the city to the suburbs, move-up buyers and clients seeking a white-glove experience. Her expertise spans single-family homes, luxury properties, condominiums, new construction and land acquisitions. Having lived throughout the North Shore and Boston, including in the North End, the Seaport District, Medford and Somerville, she now resides in Lynnfield, bringing firsthand insight into the markets she serves. Raised in a real estate family, Bramhall grew up immersed in the business. Her parents founded Churchill Properties, which has expanded across Greater Boston. After holding her license for more than a decade, she transitioned into real estate full time in 2023 following a successful career in executive software sales. That background informs her process-driven, organized and proactive approach, emphasizing clear strategy, thoughtful marketing and consistent communication. In the past year, Bramhall closed more than $26 million in sales. Much of her business is generated through Instagram and referrals. She’s a member of the National Association of Realtors, North Shore Realtors, Luxury Portfolio International and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, and has earned Churchill Properties’ International President Elite Award and Zillow’s Best of Zillow recognition.
