Olivia Conlon | Residential Real Estate Specialist

With extensive knowledge of the MetroWest area, I help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with clarity, strategy, and confidence. My background in education shaped a strong foundation in communication, organization, and attention to detail—skills that are essential when guiding clients through one of the most important financial decisions they will make.

I focus on helping buyers identify neighborhoods that align with their lifestyle and long-term goals, while working with sellers to position their homes effectively in today’s market. My approach is modern, thoughtful, and tailored to each client, combining local market insight with a high level of service and care.

From the first conversation to closing day, I prioritize clear guidance, responsiveness, and a smooth experience. Whether assisting with a purchase or preparing a home for sale, my goal is to deliver results while ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Instagram post There’s a version of us that swore we’d never leave the city. We loved living in the Seaport. Our favorite restaurants were downstairs and everything we needed was a short walk away. We spent a lot of time considering moving to Charlestown, Medford, and other close by neighborhoods because we just couldn’t picture ourselves leaving Boston. Then we got pregnant with our first daughter, had our baby shower, and realized how much stuff (and space) babies actually need. 😂 Now I wish that we moved sooner. Moving to the suburbs doesn’t mean giving up going to your favorite spots in the city. There are so many suburbs to choose from with great communities, schools, and are only 20 minutes away from Boston. That means you can still Uber to the airport, meet friends in the city for dinner whenever you want, and you get to go home to evenings like this. A backyard, a patio, quiet nights, and plenty of room for your kids to grow up. It’s a transition we’ve now helped so many families make over the years. Families who love Boston but are ready for a little more space without feeling disconnected from it. We’ve been lucky to make helping people buy and sell homes in Lynnfield and throughout the North Shore our career, but it’s a also a move we’ve made ourselves. Hi! We’re Caroline & Jared Bramhall, founders of The Bramhall Team at Churchill Properties. We help our clients buy and sell homes throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore with confidence and clarity. If you’re thinking about making a move, we’d love to help you map out a plan. You can schedule a consultation through our Calendly link in bio or text us anytime. Gloucester is a true seaside city with incredible beaches, a working harbor, and that classic New England coastal feel. It offers a great balance of year-round living with a vibrant summer energy. 2. Newburyport is walkable, charming, and full of life. With waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and easy access to the ocean, it also has a strong sense of community that draws people in. 3. Ipswich is perfect for those looking for a quieter, more nature-driven coastal lifestyle. It’s known for its wide open beaches, preserved land, and peaceful, tucked-away feel. 4. Manchester-by-the-Sea is one of the most picturesque towns on the North Shore. It’s known for Singing Beach, beautiful homes, and a more private, elevated coastal lifestyle. 5. Essex is a hidden gem with a laid-back, local feel. It offers stunning marsh views, charming antique shops, boating down river and some of the best seafood on the North Shore. If you’re trying to figure out which coastal town fits your lifestyle best, I can walk you through pricing, neighborhoods, and what it’s really like to live in each. Hi! The average condo in Reading takes about 42 days to sell, but our custom marketing strategy, their home sold in just one weekend and became the highest condo sale in the building (ever!). We’re so thankful they trusted us to help with such a big life transition. Selling a home is about so much more than the transaction, and our goal is always to make the process feel simple, organized, and as stress-free as possible. Hi!
